Specific Skills:

1.  Completion of college / CEGEP / vocational or technical training

2.  Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Province of Ontario

3.  Experience an asset

4.  Work setting:  Home care and visiting care agency

5.  Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions

6. Collaborate to plan, implement, co-ordinate, and evaluate patient care

7.  Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions

8.  Develop and implement health education programs
